- A strict no-contact rule between staff and guests
- Consistent & very regular cleaning of public surfaces
- Rooms treated with Electrostatic Disinfecting Spray (also used by Marriott & Hyatt)
- Hand sanitizer available throughout public areas
- Separate exterior entry to each unit
- HEPA MERV 13 Air Filters used in all air-conditioning systems (also used in most hospitals)
- Staff temperatures taken at the beginning of each work day
